⚠️ IMPORTANT - NO REFUND POLICY: Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered and accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be eligible for a refund after the product has been delivered to your account or email address.

Why Digital Products Have Strict Refund Policies: Digital products, including software, digital downloads, licenses, and online services, are delivered instantly and can be accessed, downloaded, or used immediately upon purchase. Once access is granted, the product value has been transferred, making refunds unfeasible in most circumstances.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds to different cards, bank accounts, or payment methods other than the one used for the original transaction.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed and reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.

24-Hour Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, or used. Once you have accessed or downloaded the product, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, contact our support team immediately at [email protected] with your order number and purchase details.

Cancellation Processing: Approved cancellations will result in refunds made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed and reflected in your account.

⚠️ NO CANCELLATION AFTER ACCESS: Once you have accessed, downloaded, or used the digital product, the sale becomes final and no cancellations or refunds will be issued. This policy is clearly communicated at checkout to prevent misunderstandings and disputes.

📦 Return & Delivery Policy

Guidelines for returning products (if applicable)

7-Day Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the product delivery packaging has not been opened, or if the products are damaged or the wrong product was delivered.

Return Conditions: We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed, and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please notify us immediately and return the box in its original packaging.

Replacement or Refund: In instances of damaged or wrong products, we will endeavor to send you another product or refund the payment through the original payment method.

Return Shipping: Please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service with tracking. Once we receive and verify the returned product meets all conditions, we will issue a full refund.
